If you have an underlying and/or chronic health condition — we know this is a very scary and anxious time. As we continue to navigate COVID-19, we want to assure you that your overall health and safety is our top priority.  

Where are your bracelets made?
All of our bracelets are manufactured in New York City. Due to COVID-19 and social distancing, we are operating with a significantly reduced staff.

Where will your bracelets ship from?
Though made in NYC, during the pandemic bracelets will ship from Colorado. I am sheltering in place in Colorado with my elderly father. Bracelets are being over-nighted from NYC so I can check them over personally and then I send them out. I am normally Brooklyn based.

How long will it take to receive a bracelet during the pandemic?
Normal production time, including custom engraving, is 14-21 business days or approximately 3 to 4 weeks. We’ve been working hard to get you your bracelets as soon as possible. We appreciate your patience. These are very unusual and unpredictable times and there might be delays.

Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Mailing labels are printed in the morning and packages mailed in the afternoon. While a tracking number and email is generated when the label is printed, it often takes 24-48 hours for the package to be entered into the shipping database. Packages are sent by UPS or First Class Mail, if shipping internationally.

We’re continuing to see shipping delays by UPS and USPS in the wake of COVID-19. While we always aim to process and ship orders in a timely manner, shipping windows may be extended.
